Chewie Did Not Get a Medal

Cinemax was showing all six Star Wars movies in high-definition (HD) this weekend. Did anybody else notice in the first Star Wars -- Episode IV, the first of the last movies not the first of the new movies -- that everybody got a medal except for Chewbacca? Sometimes I feel like that Wookie.
