I read on Kotaku that Best Buy was sitting on Sony Playstation 3s in order to sell them on December 31st. So, I stayed up all night and headed to store around 8 AM this morning. At 9 AM the manager came out and gave the six or so of us tickets. He assured us that they we would have no problem since they had over 40 available. So when the store opened at 10 AM I strolled in and bought my very own PS3. Sweet!

Then, I went to Wal-mart. There I picked up two games for the PS3 -- Resistance: Fall of Man and Call of Duty 3. I also picked up two Blu-ray disks -- The Descent and Ice Age: The Meltdown.

I wonder if anybody has developed a homebrew Blu-ray BD-J Game yet. The hacker in me really wants to know.
